How long does shipping take?
Deal Kiwi isn’t your usual online store. We don’t stock our products in New Zealand, we store then direct with our suppliers which means you save on fulfilment and storage fees.
It does mean that shipping takes a little bit longer. We like to allow for 1 – 3 business days for fulfilment. And the then 15 – 25 business days for shipping to your doorstep.
Due to this time, shipping is always free and we offer a fully tracked service so you can keep an eye on your parcel.
What if I have a problem with my order?
